• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage investment transactions and reconcile investment accounts.

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Generate and send quarterly invoices to clients or partners.

• Assist in the preparation of grant budgets.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record-keeping.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and investment accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Knowledge of grant budgeting and applications is a plus.
