Since 2018, AARI’s Pop-Up Farmers Market Mission is to bring locally produced, organically grown specialty vegetables, greens, and value added products to underserved communities in Providence. The market brings farmers (vendors) and shoppers together in a weekly celebration of local foods, culture, and community.
We will need assistance with:

Market setup: unloading and setting up tables, tents, signs, produce.

Assist at our greeting table; welcome and educate visitors about the market & our organization

Pass out recipe cards & coupons to visitors.

Help translate between the farmers and customers (Spanish speaking, & other languages)

Encourage people to volunteer, and visit the market again.

Market breakdown; taking down tables, tents, signs, loading produce & other materials
