This community horticulture volunteer program introduces individuals to the beautiful public gardens of the award-winning JAYCEE Arboretum & state Senator Donald Roch Riverwalk.
New ideas, volunteers, groups and neighbors are needed and sought after to maintain this beautiful piece of public lands.
