"JA in a Day" is when an entire school has JA programs in their classrooms for the whole day. Volunteers are matched with a classroom, based on grade preference and availability, and teach a full JA program to that class throughout the day. All materials and lesson plans are provided, and volunteers are trained by JA staff on the curriculum content and student engagement strategies prior to the JA in a Day to ensure maximum success.
