Board Vision
The Olneyville Neighborhood Association (ONA) envisions a future where immigrant, Indigenous, Black, Latin American, and other working class residents of Olneyville are not just surviving but thriving—defending their rights, preserving their cultures, and leading movements for economic and social justice. We strive for a community where literacy, digital access, and education are tools for self-determination, and where collective leadership builds lasting power to challenge systemic oppression and create a just, dignified, and liberated future for all.
