Its held on the first weekend of December - December 4th, 5th & 6th, 2015, a TOLLROAD(S) at secure/safe, police-approved intersections, to 'exchange' cash donations for 'CandyCanes' as part of their 25th annual " C HANGE C HARITIES" program.
