Role Overview
As a Hotel Ambassador, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, welcoming guests as they arrive in Providence for this once-in-a-lifetime event. You’ll connect with visitors from across the country and around the world, helping them feel instantly at home while sharing what makes our State so special.
Locations: Select hotels in Providence. You will be given your location 1 week before your selected shift.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide guides and references to help visitors and guests engage with transportation, fan events and fan zones, and other general state visitor information.
· Represent Rhode Island and provide a general welcoming presence and environment for visitors at selected locations across Rhode Island.
