Board busses as they bring an estimated 9,000 students (4,500 each day) to the RI Convention Center for JA Inspire, a career exploration event.
Welcome the lead teacher on each bus and provide a brief explanation of the timing and logistics of the event.
Address students on each bu to explain rules, logistics and overview of the exhibit floor.
Assist with safe disembarkation.
On departure, ensure all students are accounted for before allowing bus to leave and communicate any issues to event staff.
