Rhode Island Students of the Future needs event staff for the 3rd annual ROBOT BLOCK Party on April 30, 2017 from 11 am - 4 pm at the Pizzitola Center, 235 Hope Street, Providence, RI 02906. Volunteers serve from 9 am - 1 pm, or 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. We provide an event tshirt and lunch.
A community outreach event held in conjunction with the Humanity Centered Robotics Initiative at Brown University, the Robot Block Party features over 40 exhibitors from academia, manufacturing, education, the military and community organizations. All are exhibiting robots used in their field. An event for the whole family, the Robot Block Party includes hands-on activities, demonstrations and lots of fun ways to learn about robots!
