The 2022 Rally4Recovery will be from 12pm - 4:15pm on September 17th 2022 at the Temple To Music at Roger Williams Park. The park needs to be cleaned up by 6pm and, therefore, we need a group of devoted, determined and capable volunteers to help break down tents, tables, chairs, clean up trash, etc. to complete the 'pack up & get-out' task.
**Signed-up volunteers will be provided a FREE 2022 Rally4Recovery T-Shirt on the day of the Rally - please include your T-shirt size when signing up or click here to enter your information on the Rally4Recovery website.**
Volunteers will also receive an extra entry into our amazing raffle and will take a break from duties to attend the raffle drawing at 4pm. This commitment is until 6pm but our goal is to be done and out of the park by 5pm.
The Rally4Recovery is a free annual event to celebrate recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction and recognize September as National Recovery Month -- 2022 marks our 19th annual event!! As a non-profit organization, for the past nearly 2 decades the Rally4Recovery depends heavily on volunteers to assist in putting on this amazing festival of hope for our community. We deeply appreciate your consideration in helping out this cause.
Despite hardships that addiction brings, we know that recovery is possible. Every day, more and more Rhode Islanders are getting better, healing and living sober, meaningful and productive lives in long-term recovery. We encourage all of those who are in recovery, seeking recovery, who love someone in recovery or are impacted by such to come join us as we celebrate the fact that recovery IS a reality!
