WaterFire will be hosting multiple Art Mart pop-up markets in November! We have received the 'Take It Outside' grant to continue showcasing local artists and art for our community to shop local while staying safe outside.
This specific Art Mart will coincide with the Fine Furnishings Show they are having this same weekend. We are very excited to collaborate these two events.
Shift 1: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Shift 2: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Shift 3: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Art Mart Setup and Event Preparations
- Check in and assist artist vendors
- Direct artist vendors to their reserved spot
- Answer all artist vendor questions
- Assist WaterFire staff with setup and event preparation
Art Mart Event Greeter
- Check in the public and keep count
- Collect or confirm completion of health screener
- Answer any questions guests may have
- Reinforce the use of masks, proper social distancing, and hand sanitizer or hand washing
- Communicate with the ‘Event Greeter’
- Assist WaterFire staff with tasks throughout the event
Art Mart Event Assistant
- Answer any questions guests may have
- Reinforce the use of masks, proper social distancing, and hand sanitizer or hand washing
- Sanitize common touch surfaces
- Assist artist vendors throughout the event
- Assist WaterFire staff with tasks throughout the event
