Join us at the Heritage Tree Center, NTC's nursery, to help pot up some bare root trees! These young trees will be grown on through the season at our nursery, and will be planted in the fall as part of the reforestation project at Miantonomi Park. We will be playing with dirt, so please dress appropriately. Tools and supplies will be provided.
NTC's Heritage Tree Center is located at Rogers High School. Use the entrance to the Newport Public Schools parking lot on Old Fort Road across the street from the fire station. Tennis courts flank one side of the lot. Follow the sidewalk up the hill to the HTC-we will place NTC signs to guide you.
