Who We Are

We are a social justice non-profit committed to combating bias, bigotry, and racism while fostering intergroup understanding across races, religions, and cultures through advocacy, conflict resolution, and education.

What We Do

RICJ advocates for understanding and respect among groups by addressing power dynamics and individual contributions to systemic biases. Through adult and youth programs, we engage students, educators, clergy, corporate, and civic leaders in workshops, curriculum development, and dialogues on race and religion. Our emphasis on youth programs and juvenile justice reform stems from the belief that investing in today's teens cultivates future leaders, essential for sustained community progress.
